CAIMETA® AI Lighting “Himalayan Song” Project Advances to the Finals of the 15th Golden Finger Awards

We are thrilled to announce that CAIMETA® AI Lighting’s iconic project “Himalayan Song” has successfully advanced to the finals of the prestigious 15th Golden Finger Awards — China’s premier comprehensive award in the lighting industry, renowned for its focus on both design excellence and technological innovation.

Lighting as a Bridge: Merging Art, Culture, and Technology

Presented by our Chengdu partner Mr. Ma Chang, the Himalayan Song project stood out in the Southwest Regional Selection with the second highest score. The project showcases how intelligent lighting goes far beyond traditional illumination — it becomes a dynamic tool to build profound connections between people, culture, and exhibitions.

The exhibition, a visual ode to the spiritual and artistic legacy of the Himalayas, demanded more than conventional lighting. CAIMETA’s AI-powered Chameleon Series luminaires were carefully selected for their adaptive color and brightness control. Using built-in sensors and algorithms, the lighting system could automatically adjust in real-time, preserving artifacts and creating emotionally engaging scenes.

AI Lighting for Cultural Spaces: Protecting Heritage, Enhancing Experience

CAIMETA’s approach to lighting transforms the experience of both curators and visitors. Each artifact was treated to a “One Object, One Strategy” lighting plan. Our AIcolor™ spectral intelligence ensured that organic materials like Thangka pigments were shielded from UV and heat damage, while also reproducing their true colors with astonishing fidelity.

Through dynamic lighting scenes and motion-adaptive brightness controls, CAIMETA AI lighting redefined immersion. From spiritual contemplation zones to interactive viewing corridors, every scenario was enhanced with auto-calibrated, high-fidelity lighting — ensuring minimal energy use while maximizing visual impact.

A New Benchmark for the Industry

More than a lighting showcase, Himalayan Song illustrates a new design philosophy: where intelligent lighting becomes the guardian of civilization. As Mr. Ma highlighted during his presentation, “True technology is not cold data — it is the protector of heritage.”

CAIMETA’s commitment to AIoT innovation, cultural sensitivity, and sustainable performance offers a scalable model for museums, galleries, and high-end commercial spaces. With functions like real-time scene recognition, energy-saving absence mode, and web-based heatmap and visitor analytics, our solutions help designers unlock creativity, while building a smarter, greener future.
